Shipping Information
Orders are carefully packed and prepared for shipment as quickly as possible.
Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Return & Refund
Policy Overview
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify, please ensure your items meet these requirements:
- In original, unused and resalable condition
- With all original packaging and tags
- Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Good to know:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- Refunds are processed after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected, typically within 3–7 business days.
- Exclusions apply to custom orders and final sale or clearance items.
Ineligible Items
Certain items cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled, including:
- Custom order items
- Final sale or clearance items
- Items used and/or damaged after delivery
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at customerservice@curatedcoral.com.
Please include your order number along with clear photographs of:
- The damaged item
- The interior packaging
- The exterior shipping box or packaging
Please retain the damaged item and all original packaging until your claim has been resolved.
Once we receive your information and photographs, our customer service team will assist you with the next steps.
